Orders, acceptance & pricing

  • Placing an order on the website is an offer to buy. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason (fraud, inventory error, incorrect pricing, or inability to deliver). This is standard practice on Indian e-commerce platforms.
  • Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Final price will be confirmed at checkout. Taxes (GST) and shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Payment

  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (cards, UPI, Net-banking, Wallets, COD where available). Payment will be processed by our payment partners; subject to their terms and validation checks.
  • If payment authorization fails, we will not be obliged to accept the order.

Shipping & delivery

  • Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the delivery time but are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, force majeure, strikes, or events outside our control.
  • Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer on delivery, except where local law or our policy provides otherwise.

Returns, refunds & cancellations

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +91 9988660960 to cancel the order before dispatch.
  • Keeping your little one’s safety in mind, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged product, please share a complete unboxing video with us within 3 days of delivery, and our team will review and assist you on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment. Time to credit the refund may vary by payment method or bank.

Product information & pricing errors

  • We attempt to describe products accurately (sizes, colors, materials). However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or raw-material characteristics (wood grains, finishes).
  • In case of obvious pricing errors or incorrect product information, we may cancel orders and notify the customer.

User accounts & security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or breach of these Terms.

Intellectual property

  • All content on the website (text, images, logos, product designs, code) is owned or licensed by SmartThinkerToys. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Prohibited uses

  • You must not use our site to post illegal content, infringe IP rights, upload malware, or harass others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Limitation of liability

Indemnity

  • You agree to indemnify and hold SmartThinkerToys harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of law.

External Factors

  • We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform where such delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, strikes, transport disruption).
