At SmartThinkerToys we design safe, durable wooden toys that inspire curiosity. If you’re not happy with a purchase, we’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement, exchange, or refund (subject to the terms below).

Return & exchange windows

    • Defective or damaged items: If you receive a damaged product, please capture complete unboxing video (starting from opening parcel and keep the recording on till you check the product/s thoroughly). If you find any damage, show the same clearly during this video itself. Any videos or images clicked separately will not be acceptable.

Items not eligible for return

    • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order toys.

    • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.

    • Toys returned without the original packaging, manuals, tags, or freebies.

    • Opened / used items that are not defective (for hygiene and safety reasons)

How to request a return or replacement

    • Email us at smartthinkertoys@gmail.com. Include order number, video (capture complete unboxing video starting from opening parcel and keep the recording on till you check the product/s thoroughly), and reason for return.

    • For defective or damaged items, we will schedule a free pickup.

    • Once the item reaches our returns center and passes the quality check, our team will process the refund or dispatch the replacement.

Refunds: timing & method

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. If that isn’t possible, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative payment option.

    • Refund processing generally completes within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges & replacements

    • If a product is defective or damaged, we will prioritize a free replacement (subject to stock availability). If replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.

Shipping costs & restocking

    • If return is due to our error (wrong/wrongly described/defective item), we will cover return shipping and any restocking fees (if applicable).

Safety, inspection & quality checks

All returned toys are inspected to ensure they are unused and safe to resell. Toys that fail inspection (shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage from misuse) will not be accepted for refund or exchange; we will notify the customer with the inspection outcome.
